Support » Plugin: Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log » Password Reset Emails

  • A few weeks ago my password reset emails starting going out with the link missing in the HTML version (which is what gets sent). The <> tag doesn’t wrap around anything.

Only a couple of plugins were updated during the period where the problem started, and I’m trying to nail down the problem. When I deactivate Post SMTP the emails go out with the link, when I re-enable the problem re-occurs. (Same thing happens when I deactivate TML.) All other emails appear to be going out properly, and I’m stumped on how to troubleshoot this.

Any thoughts? I’ve nailed it down to just this wonderful, much needed plugin. BTW, my mail log shows the plain text emails contain the link.
