Password reset email not received.

    Hi,

    I can’t login to my wordpress admin it seems that the password has been changed… When I requested a reset (numerous times), the email was never received.

    Please let me know what I can do to reset the password and get back into my account.

    In WordPress, there is more than one way for Rsetting Your Password .

    Thank you… Sorry if I am not understanding the link correctly but I can’t access my admin page at all so I can’t change my password…
    And since I can’t reset it from the login page I don’t know what to do now 🙁

    You don’t need to access dashboard.

    I have no idea what that is or how to access it.. is there any way to have WordPress reset it for me?
    Is it possible that somebody hacked me and changed the password and recovery email?

    – Sorry, but no one at WordPress or in these forums “reset” password. You are responsible for your own self-hosted site.

    – you have the option of engaging a professional to assist you. If you want to follow that option and hire someone for this, then please try one of these sites: http://jobs.wordpress.net/ or http://directory.codepoet.com/ (FYI, it’s not a good idea to respond to work offers from random forum users who have read about your issues.)
