Password Reset email delayed 4 hours

Hi, I have noticed that lately if an Ultimate Member user forgets their password and clicks the “Forgot Password” link, the form submits but the user either never gets that email or sometimes gets it 4 hours later. Anyone else having this issue or know why that might be (for the record, I get other WP emails immediately so I don’t believe it has to do with WP or the domain).

In addition, if the user tries to guess their password (incorrectly) 3 times, they get logged out for 9 minutes. Is this amount of time a WP standard or can it be changed for this plugin?
