    I hired a third party company out of India to update my website and add a blog feature, to which I add content. I received an email stating that my password has been reset and changed, but I hadn’t made the request. Now I can’t log in. When I tried to have the password sent to my email address, it wasn’t recognized. Third party claims no knowledge of this. HELP!

    Do you have access to the webhosting account where the site is hosted?

    If so, you should be able to connect to your WP databse and manually change the Admin email there. Then you’ll be able to reset the password.
