I hired a third party company out of India to update my website http://www.monkhousehomes.com and add a blog feature, to which I add content. I received an email stating that my password has been reset and changed, but I hadn’t made the request. Now I can’t log in. When I tried to have the password sent to my email address, it wasn’t recognized. Third party claims no knowledge of this. HELP!
