password reset

Hi
my site is mikehoganbooks.co.uk
I tried to change the password to enter WordPress.org and get to my site. I received an email and was directed to the reset page. No matter what password I enter, I am told it must be stronger – I include lower case, caps, numbers and symbols.
Can anyone help?
