Yes that’s what I was talking about. User should enter password to allow blocked countries.
example: http://www.xfitimpex.com is blocked in Pakistan. If I open it from Pakistan, a password would be required to gain access to it.
The purpose is that sometimes there are cases when a site owner wants to block his site in his home country. But at least he should have access to it (without using proxy)

You probably should look at whitelisting IP addresses if you want to block your own country.
Someone already suggested a captcha which is more likely to be implemented one day
