# Password reminder doesn’t work

 * When I enable the “Yoast SEO” plugin, the password reminder does not work for
   me.
    1. the password restart message page does not appear
    2. when the restart link comes and you click on it, it takes you to the login page,
       not to change the password.

 * The problem has been occurring since I received the site. I was supposed to change
   the template on it. Before I changed the template the problem was already occurring.
   Changing the template does not change anything. With the old template and the
   new template it is the same. Yoast SEO works in cooperation with Yoast SEO Premium.
   Yoast SEO Premium does not affect the error. Disabling Yoast SEO causes WooCommerce
   to start working properly.
