Password refusal

Hi!

Please help me, because the plugin can’t accept the passowrd. If I inactivate the plugin via WinScp, I can log in the same password (the desktop saved my password and name too), so it is the same password and name. (I refreshed everything.)

I try to deleted the plugin and install again (I know that the ‘prefix’ remain in the database) but if I try to switch on, the plugin ask the password again…

Can I send the link and password in private please?
