password recover email link doesn't work

    Hi,

    I have problem with password recover email link. After entered email to password recover page I receive email with link, which redirects me back to same page, where I can enter email address to recover password, not to page where I can enter a new password.

    Could somebody help my with this problem?

    What version of Profile Builder and WordPress are you using? Here you can read more about Creating a Recover Password page.

    Do you use any other plugin to register or some custom redirects?

    Hi,

    I am using WordPress 4.3.1, Profile builder 2.2.3 and password recovery page have [wppb-recover-password] shortcode. For register users I am using Gravity forms with user registration add on. Everything worked before few weeks, I don’t understand what’s happened.. Could it be because I have changed the theme to Edin? Or because I have installed polylang?

    Hi,

    You are using two plugins for the same thing. Can you deactivate Gravity forms to see if that will stop the redirect?

    If that doesn’t fix the issue please try to use a default WordPress theme and deactivate all other plugin besides Profile Builder.
