password protection message and comment count..

Hi,

I was just wondering where the password protection phrase that shows up in the comments count on the main wordpress page comes from?

It would be the part of the listed posts that has this: comments_popup_link as its php tag.

I’m searching all over for it, but have no idea where it is. Currently it just says “Enter your password to view these comments”

I can’t seem to find it in the comments page.
