I have assigned a password to the products, and give that to the students who are allowed to purchase it. Roughly 90% have no issue; however about 10% upon entering the password either nothing happens or they receive an unauthorized access error. This is happening more and more. I would greatly appreciate any help. The students assure me they’re entering things correctly, as that’s the first thing I ask, but of course I have no real way of knowing other than that. The odd thing is, as I said about 90% have no issues and since I can’t duplicate the error, I’ve been at a loss. Nothing is there regarding the students who are unable to access the product that is password protected. * Also, since they are able to access the non-password protected products, I would think if it were a security issue, they would not be able to do so. * So please, still in need of help!
