Password Protected Posts Not Accepting Password

Hi,

I have a family blog for far away family that contains pictures of my kids. For that reason, I password-protect each post. Some of my visitors, however, are reporting that the password won’t take for them and they can never get logged in. One of them is my mom. I tried clearing her cookies, enabling cookies, etc., but nothing worked. Do you know of a reason why this might be happening?
