    Hey folks,
my page is running perfetly, there is only one thing.

I made a page, which I want to protect through a password, but the entered password is not been accepted while entering to open the page.

    What should I do?

I could make a user area.

I only want one or two pages to be protected for a few people. the rest of the page should be open for the public.

    thanks winam

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

thanks for your tips. I made it much more simple. simply deledet the page and enabled an user area with member access. Now it’s much more comfortable to all.
