# Password Problem

 * I currently created two user accounts for my site (www.thebigtimer.com) and the
   passwords that I created for them in the admin center do not work. I cannot login
   with the new userids/passwords. I get the red error message “incorrect password”
   every time. I’ve already tried the “lost password” option and the new password
   emailed to me does not work either. Then I changed the password using myphpadmin
   and that didn’t work either. Any help would be great, this has be bugging me 
   for a while.

 * That one is a little hard without some level of access to do some testing. Do
   you have any users that are working properly at this time? Or are they all dead?

 * The only user name that works is my “admin” account.
