Password not resetting

    My username is krismboyd. The password I had written down is not working. I asked for it to reset and was told an e-mail would be sent. The e-mail was never sent.

    Thank you, however, the link you provided can only work if you are logged in under the Admin… I obviously cannot log in if I do not have the password. I am just curious as to why the site tells you an e-mail has been sent to rest your password when it has not.

    I don’t even know what php is…

    Hello, I’m also having the same problem. However, I have received the reset link but when i click it, i always get the reply “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.”

    I have tried several times but to no avail. I would like to contact wordpress directly, but do not know how to do so. Do they have an email address where I can contact them directly?

    The problem is pretty urgent. Thank you.
