    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

With the settings you have in place, the password field should only show up once the “Create an account?” checkbox is ticked:

If unticked, then the customer would be able to checkout as a guest. If your site is not behaving in that way, then it’s possible that your theme is overriding this behavior (or possibly another plugin).

Can you let us know how the checkout behaves when you temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront? And if that doesn’t change the behavior, what happens when just Storefront and WooCommerce are active?

If you don’t have a staging site to test on, you can either reach out to your web host to see if they offer a staging solution or use this plugin to duplicate the site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

Let us know how this goes!

Thank you for the help, I completely forgot there is a setting in a plugin we use for handling guests in the Shop and enabling this means the checkbox is now shown on checkout!

    This is working fine
