    Hi there, when I go to log-in to the website for the first time after registering using the Ultimate Member system I always get ‘Password is incorrect. Please try again.’ as an error message.

    I am able to register for an account on the website found here Register – North Yorkshire Pension Fund (nypf.org.uk) however when I get the email confirming the account has been approved and link to the login page and try logging in using the email and password I used on registering, it never works.

    Currently using Version 2.6.2 and have the Ultimate Member – reCAPTCHA plugin also installed running version 2.3.1.

    The website is running WordPress 6.2.2, the Divi Builder 4.21.0 and the server in which the website is hosting on is using the following:

    OS: CentOS Linux 7.9.2009 (Core)

    Product: Plesk Obsidian – Version 18.0.52 Update #3, last updated on May 18, 2023 03:49 AM

    I have tried deactivating all the plugins within Ultimate Member, deactivating the Divi Builder to the default theme, enabling Debugging and checking any error log files but to no success.

    If I manually reset the password in WordPress users, then I can successfully log in but that is not a feasible option as we need this product to run smoothly without manual intervention from administrators.

    Any support on this promptly would be hugely grateful and thank you in advance.
