Password criteria confusing

    I have had customers complain they gave up because of the Woocommerce password criteria. It seems a bit random as some passwords that fit all the necessary criteia are still shown as weak.
    e.g.

    £££££Yt659 is weak akthough it fits all the criteria
    !?!?!Yt6 is weak

    but

    !£!£!Yt is medium and is allowed even though it is weaker.

    Br9lhar is allowed (medium)

    Br9lhart is waek, even though it is stronger than Br9lhar

    Something realy needs to be done about this as cutomers are giving up when they think they have put in a decent password only to be refused.

    I saw a workaround posted, that involved an extra plugin and a code hack, however that plugin was not very good so I think this is something that should be fixed in Woocomerce
