Support » Plugin: WP-Members Membership Plugin » Password at registration

  • Hello,

Currently on the site Lien du site. When an Internet user registers on the site he enters his username and email address and clicks on register to receive an email for the password.

I would like to know if it is possible with your plugin to request the password on the registration form and who no longer receive the email. However, the server will have to remember the password.

We look forward to hearing from you,

In the Fields tab, the default fields installed include a password (and confirm password) field. If you want the user to create their own password at registration, enable the password field.

In the Emails tab, if you’re allowing the user to create their password at registration, you can remove the password from the email that goes to the user upon successful registration.

I don’t understand when you say delete the password line.
I would like wordrpess to stop sending the mail to the new subscriber to set the password and let WP -MEMBERS do it and for users to make the choice as soon as they register.

Can you tell me if that’s possible and make some screenshots?

We look forward to your return,

    With kind regards,

I use WP members on my website I regularly hear from my users that they have to log in every time they visit the site. The “remember me” function does not work (always). Even when I log in on my phone or tablet, I have the same problem. I read somewhere that this has something to do with the cookie settings at the users, but I don’t know what to change.
