password and name

I have an account set up on Go Daddy and have installed WP. When I get to the sign in page it will not recognize either my name or password or both. I don’t know which as it doesn’t specify.

I don’t how many times I’ve done the “Reset password” dance and it comes up with one.

The current name & PW allow me to sign in here!

Just finding anything resembling “support” is a challenge.
