    Hi,

You can forcefully turn off all restrictions made by Shield first, and this is how to do that:
    https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000000959

Once you’re back in, you may remove your IP from the blacklist. Please see this help article here:
    https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000072655

Then, you may want to review your audit trail (Shield Security Dashboard => Audit Trail). It’ll tell you what have happened so you can debug the problem.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Jelena

The problem was that I didnt had acces to the admin not only to those user profiles that ia have tested. Anyway I managed to change my IP and turned off the pasword changing option because all my users have to make new passwords now. I didnt know that in PRO options in green are actually active and cant be turned off ( for password section I am talking ). Anyway mark as resolved

I just amrked it as resolved but blocked my self again… I have tested only one user, not 4 times as i set this as minimum before blocking the IP.. HOW TO REMOVE IT MANUALLY, JUST tell me that.

Pro options will not be active if you don’t have pro turned on. Do you want to remove the plugin manually?

………I will say it for third time… I WANT TO REMOVE MY IP only when I dont have acces to the admin… which means trough DB or in fiels whatever those IP’s are recorded. There should be a way to remove them outside the WordPress instalation…… Like I sayd IS THERE ANY OPTION to remove blocked IP from DATA BASE OR somewhere in files ?! I dont know where recorded IP’s are stored… I was thinking that you should know… whatever I will figuire it out by my self obviously…

Actually, your messages aren’t as clear as you think. If they were, we would answer. I’m sorry I couldn’t work it out. But if you would see this as something we work on together and not so antagonistic, it’d at least be a pleasant exchange for everyone.

To delete an IP, you’ll find it in the database table wp_icwp_wpsf_ips, or something similar. Delete the row with the IP or delete the whole table.

You can also use the first link Jelena sent to disable IP blocking and delete the IP using Shield itself.

Owh man. First of all I am not English… Second, I clearly wrote that I WANT TO DO IT MANUALLY. Because when I am blocked I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE ADMIN. I already sayd that, so therew is no WAY to go inside the WP-ADMIN and unblock my self…….. I need a way to do it OUTSIDE WP trough database or whatever the blocked IP’s are stored…….

    I will quote my self:

Now I am blacklisted and cant login even in admin. how to remove my IP from bl;acklist

    Second quote:

The problem was that I didnt had acces to the admin not only to those user profiles that ia have tested.

    Third Quote:

………I will say it for third time… I WANT TO REMOVE MY IP only when I dont have acces to the admin…

I am working with wordpress from its begginning and with this bad english anyone could understand me but you cant ?!?!?!?!?! I mean how much clear do you want to be….

I will tell it again. I want to unblock / clear blacklisted IP OUTSIDE admin ( which means when I am blocked and I dont have any access to the wp-admin )….

Because right now I am just deleting ( I left a zip copy for later use ) the plugin, until 24 hours have passed and I am with different IP, then I turn the ”Shield” plugin back on again…

My last message outlined the 2 ways you can delete the IP address. I’m not sure what else I can say..

The 1st one is the database… That’s completely outside WP.

Ok, my bad. I probably opened only second link twise and I was thinking you sended me twice the same page. My bad. I am sorry. Thank you, that is what I needed.
