 * I have installed your plugin and did sync from active directory to WordPress.
   and check the Set local password on first successful login option .
    but WHEN
   A user login to WordPress account with his active directory password it does 
   not work.

   I assume that this is a misconfiguration on your side. Please check the authentication
   with the “Test Authentication” link.
