 * I’d recommend taking a look at the memory allocated to your site. Blank pages
   usually indicate not enough memory. We recommend 128MB.

 * Password auditing is a premium feature. If you aren’t a premium user, it won’t
   be available. If you are, then you need to log a ticket at [http://support.wordfence.com](http://support.wordfence.com).
   We aren’t allowed to support premium features here per forum rules.
 * You might also try running the [javaScript Console](http://docs.wordfence.com/en/You_guys_wanted_me_to_open_the_JavaScript_console_-_How_do_I_do_that%3F)
   on the page to see if there are any errors in red.
