 * I love this plugin and the possibility to pass on variables as explained here:
 * [https://halgatewood.com/docs/plugins/reusable-text-blocks/creating-custom-templates-and-passing-variables](https://halgatewood.com/docs/plugins/reusable-text-blocks/creating-custom-templates-and-passing-variables)
 * What I can’t seem to figure out (no PHP expert) is, if/how I could pass on a
   piece of html (a href link code) on as variable.
 * I got it to work with:
    [text-blocks id=”198″ name=”Ronaldo” template=”hal”]
 * but obviously not with:
 * [text-blocks id=”198″ name=”[Ronaldo](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/passing-variables-with-link-code/link.html?output_format=md)”
   template=”hal”]
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fpassing-variables-with-link-code%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_
