We don’t delete your images once you exceed the quota, only the optimole URLs are no longer accesibile after 1 week of exceeding the quota.
If you want to use your original images you can uninstall Optimole and everything will be back as before.

After only disabling the plugin without deleting some images are loading but some are still broken 404s. I was panicked yesterday. Please help me further dont know what to do
I checked and still a lot of them are missing 404s. Somehow my images dissapeared after the quota reached….

If you still see images not loading, you might have offloaded them from your server.
Make sure to enable the plugin and roll them back to your server as per this documentation: https://docs.optimole.com/article/1323-cloud-library-browsing#rollback
Once images are rolled back to your server, you can disable Optimole, and they will still be loading. If you see any more issues after this is done – try to clear the cache of your caching plugins if you have any.

How will I be able to login as I do not have the email and api anymore as you guys disabled my account due to the quota reach. I feel you guys need to rethink the financial model with your team as I feel you guys kick customers left and right, as I only was planning to use it for free and not pay for it 30-40 usd per month. But now it creates such a mess. I think I am locked out in the account can you guys please enable the plugin for my particular store so I can re do the offload. And btw when using the offload function of the screen on device like iPad pro or desktop PC goes into sleep mode with the monitor or even with the entire device with the HDd rhe offload function stops displaying in real time thus I have to guess if the images are offloaded in the background or if there is actually a problem with it and your plugin. Please help thank you

Most of them do not even offload the image inside the product page!!! That is problematic !

We do not suspend your account, you can always log in to your dashboard even when the limit is reached and the API key is suspended.

Also, the plugin still works, and you don’t even need a dashboard login to rollback your images, you just need to activate the plugin and go to plugin settings as mentioned here – https://docs.optimole.com/article/1323-cloud-library-browsing#rollback

I enabled the account same issue. The switch to offload images is showing towards left and disabled. That means according to what you say and what the plugin says, all my images have been restored back to my original server which is not the case!!! 404s and missing images and a broken bloated site cause of missing images. Been more than 2 days still you guys not able to find a solution. Can i please get a reply from the dev senior?
