Pass word protected and no graphics

I have two problems, my site is showing to be password protected, I don’t know why, and can’t figure out how to undo this.

Graphics have gone away. I set it up one evening with the basics, appearance, first post, etc. and it looked fine. The next morning all graphics were not visible including templates in appearance tab. Since it was new I deleted and reloaded (using fantastico) but it would not come back. I finally went with a non graphic template so I could get it going, but no graphics makes a dull site. Any clues? My site http://whygdi.com
