For the most part all titles etc are translated into Finnish, but some texts are not, like ” If you don’t have an account you can create one below by entering your email address/username. A password will be automatically emailed to you.”

How can I translate that?

The same way as all other strings. maybe its not complete – you can contribute to localisations here: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/wp-job-manager/

Can’t find that string.. Could only find one string, not all..

And another problem: I decided people won’t need to sign up to leave a listing. so I did NOT tick the box: “Submitting listings requires an account.”

But there’s still the SIGN IN sign – that can’t be removed can it?

it can be removed. There is a template file for the signin area you can edit https://wpjobmanager.com/document/template-overrides/
