Particpants Logon

    Hello

    I am using the particpants login and your latest version. Everything has been working fine until today. When a student logs on with their email address and password the page just returns back. It has been displaying their information. I have not made any changes except to increase the number of database connections as students, when logging on were getting the WordPress database connection error at times.

    I am not sure what is happening?

    Check the “Participant Record Page” setting in the plugin settings under the “Record Form Settings” tab. It must point to the page with your [pdb_record] shortcode.

    Thank you for your prompt reply. Somehow, it is now redirecting to the Particapant Record Page, but it is saying Record not found ?

    It knows the student exists because if the email address is put in incorrectly or password, then it tells me.

    This indicates sessions are not working, I suggest you try changing the “Use PHP Sessions” setting in the plugin settings under the advanced tab.
