    Participant Database is not sending email to any “mydomain”.com emails. No matter if I am signing up or asking for the Signup Notification Recipients.

    I can get emails sent to any other addresses but @”mydomain”.com. For example service@”anotherdomain”.com or “myaddress”@hotmail.com both work as sign up or as Notification emails. However, newsletter@”mydomain”.com or user@”mydomain”.com do not receive emails either way.

    The strange part is that I can send to other domains living on the same server. I just cannot get them to through for any email addresses that use the domain name I am sending from.

    This sounds like the emails are going in to spam.

    One way to test this is to turn plugin debugging on, then test the function that sends an email. The outgoing email will be in the log, telling you it went out, and you’re just not seeing it in the email client.

    Debugging does indeed show the email was sent to the correct email address. It none the less never made it.

    Thank you for confirming my suspicions. Now I just have to figure out why it’s happening.
