    Hi,
This is my problem: the synchronization of the catalogue is partial. It synchronize only 12 products out of 15. The error log only reports errors on products that are already synchronized, so I don’t know what the problem is.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @tavellaroberto,

Thanks for your question! I’ll be happy to look into this further with you.

Are any of these products without a price in WooCommerce? The plugin isn’t currently able to sync products that don’t have a price, and these would be skipped from the feed file, and therefore not imported into your Facebook Catalog.

If they do have a price, then the next quick thing to check is the sync status. Each product can be included or excluded from the Facebook sync by either using the bulk actions on the Products > All Products list, or by editing the product directly and adjusting the Facebook settings from the Facebook tab.

If neither of these quick tests explains it, we can dig in a bit deeper of course! Though I would need to most likely take a closer look at the products, and the generated feed file.

Before that though, could you let me know how you get on with the above checks for the missing products?

    Cheers!

    Simon.
