Support » Plugin: PPWP - WordPress Password Protect Page Plugin » “Partial Protection” re-enter passwords + Report similar “Protected Content”

  • Resolved gaixinhphoto

I am using Password Protect WordPress Lite plugin. It was great. But I have some problems with Partial Protection, specifically:

    1. I use Shorcode “Partial Protection”: When the user enters the password successfully. To another article containing Shortcode Partial Protection they still have to re-enter passwords. I want like Protected Content to enter 1 time and for as long as the cookie allows to be able to customize

    2. I use Shorcode “Partial Protection” and it doesn’t report results here:

  • Hi @gaixinhphoto,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

As for your concerns, let us explain a little bit so that it’s easier for you to understand how our PPWP Lite (Free) version works.

#1. Our PPWP Lite plugin allows you to unlock protected content sections at once, providing that they’re protected with the same passwords and located on the same page.

To unlock all protected sections on your site, you’ll need our PPWP Pro version. You can use either Shortcode Global (PCP) passwords or Master passwords to achieve that.

#2. With our PPWP Lite version, Master passwords can unlock Posts only.

In case of partial protected content, you’ll need our PPWP Pro. So we wonder which “results” you want to be reported under our Master passwords section…

Anyway, do you mind sharing with us what you want to achieve with our plugins, e.g. your use case, in more detail?

You might also want to go to our live chat or drop us an email at hello(at) so that our team can support you faster.

    1. All is clear. Shortcode Global (PCP) passwords will take care of it all.
    2. Resolved. The report is included in Shortcode Global (PCP) passwords.
But I only need 1 function out of many PPWP Pro functions and only use it for 1 website so $190.80 is too big for a plugin I usually use. The plugins at themeforest are only $15 to $50 so it’s hard for me to personally approach this position. Although it’s great.

    Hi @gaixinhphoto,

Don’t worry. We’ve always got your back.

Could you please drop us an email at our support email – hello(at) so that we can discuss it faster, @gaixinhphoto?

    Awaiting your reply.
