Partial Pharma Hack?

    WordPress 4.7.5 running X theme.

    Not sure what has happened but if I post a link to my about or blog page, the following shows up with text talking about pharmacy items. The photo is correct, my site URL is correct and when you click the link, it does take you to the correct site. Maybe their hack is broken? I would assume that if the link was clicked, it would take the visitor to a Pharma click site.

    Any ideas? I did remove something from MO.PHP ans now the scan no longer gives me an infection notice but instead returns this Congratulations! No security problems were detected by Wordfence.

    However, I still have the issue of the misleading text

    Sounds like your site got hacked at the hosting level, not at your site level.

    I’m not really sure I can understand you correctly, the image link you provided is broken, it actually links to a Facebook profile, I would appreciate if you can provide more details regarding this issue.
