The first point is poorly explained by me…
Each vacation is a seperate product in woocommerce without any booking plugin.
Eg:
- Ski vacation 1ste of February to 8th of February 2025
- When a client makes a booking, they need to pay a fixed amount as deposit
- 2 months before departure date they need to pay the balance, in this case 8th of December
- Obviously with every action takes, there should be a communication via email like confirmation of payment and so on..

And have the option to set reminder emails from the pro version plugin. You can test all this in our pro-version demo. Hope you can check this from your end.
