 * My client ships the orders as they become available and would like to add shipping
   and charge for only the part of the order that is being shipped. Then charge 
   the remaining amount when the rest of the order is filled. If someone has ordered
   several items, there could be several different charges. Can this be done with
   this plugin?
 * If I change the order status to complete with a smaller amount, it charges that
   first time, but not if I change the status back to processing and the back to
   complete with a different amount – nothing is charged in that instance. Can we
   make several charges on the same order?
