Partial cart products checkout, Proceed to checkout from cart some product

    Hello,
    I need to checkout only some products form cart and keep remaining in cart for later checkout.
    When I do this partial checkout order contains only some products.
    For ex. I want to checkout products with some specific root product category and keep remaining products with different root category in cart.
    order will contain only that specific root category products only.
    For example there are A,B and C root product categories and there are products in cart with all these root categories at a time but i need to checkout only products with root category A and keep root category B and C’s product in cart.

    How can I do this?
    Please help.

    I’m not sure there is any ready made solution for this, however, it can be achieved with some custom development.

    Yes, I want costume solution. A have already separated cart products by root category but need help to checkout those separation individually.
