    Hi,

    1. As soon our plugin is deactivated, is not working anymore on your website.
However, I see in your default langauge, English, you have Thai characters, which means, you added strings in a different language than the default one (English in your case).
We recommend having content written in the same language as the default language (from TP Settings). Otherwise, your translations will not make sense, as it’s expected to be written in the default language.

    2. There is no clue why those particular strings weren’t translated. Did you use automatic translation? Also, how these untranslated strings look when you select them in translation editor in comparation with the alredy translated ones? Screenshots will help in this case.

    Thanks Alex.

    1. The plugin was never deactivated.
    2. Only auto translation was used. Way below quota used.
    3. The site was developed in English only; Thai was never added to the text. It was partially translated by the plugin.
    4. Words like Series on a page are sometimes not fully translated eg 70% of “series”is translated.
=> I have rebuilt the home page by replacing all Thai text with the original English text.
=> I will try manual translation of words like Series. I will use another plugin if it still doesn’t translate fully. Thanks!
