Hi Koen,
thanks for reaching out.
While I have seen ads disappearing for multiple reasons, this behavior is new. When I load your site on a wide desktop browser and then make the screen smaller, the ads vanish, though they should normally adjust. When I load the screen on desktop in a small browser, the ads don’t appear, but they do when I make it larger.
I have the feeling that there might be some custom code causing this, but don’t see it.
Would it be possible for you to use the Health Check plugin and test if this also happens with the default theme and with some plugins being turned off?
It might be unrelated, but I also see that your HTML code is broken. It almost completely misses quotation marks.
Best regards,
Thomas
Hello Thomas,
I installed it, put it in troubleshoot mode and I activated all the plugins one by one. With the default theme the ads appear normal on my tablet and pc. Do I have to conclude it’s got something to do with the theme used?
Kind regards,
Koen
Hi Koen,

If it works with another theme and all plugins re-enabled then it is likely an issue with the theme. It could be the theme itself or some custom code in the functions.php file. Maybe the theme developer can help.
Best regards,
Thomas
