# “Parseerror” with Elementor forms

 * Hello,
 * Since activating your paid plugin our Elementor forms no longer work for visitors
   on our website, they always generate “Parseeror” message when submitting. They
   do work fine for anyone that’s logged in as admin.
 * I found the exact same issue being reported two year sago in the following thread
   but even though it’s marked as solved I don’t see any solutions offered.

 * Please go to Hide My WP > Change Paths > Ajax Security and set up a custom admin-
   ajax path.
 * After which, purge all caches and give it another go.

 * Hi Peter,
 * Same problem here. I was looking for the same solution, but the above doesn`t
   work. Custom “admin-ajax. php was always there. I tried to remove .php and leave
   only admin-ajax, but I still get error. 
   I disabled Hide My WP plugin and all
   was back to normal. I will submit support request after all

 * I fixed with replacing “admin-ajax” words with only **ajax** word in custom path
   🙂

 * The admin-ajax.php is actually the default WP path, so yes, changing it to something
   else as just **ajax** will do the trick. Glad to hear that you figured it out
   in the end, and we are here to help if anything else comes up.
