# Parse Syntax Error and Can’t Access FTP

 * I received the following error on my site:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/68/9366968/html/wp-
   content/plugins/wp-bulk-delete/includes/class-wpbd-plugin-deactivation.php on
   line 101
 * Now, I’m locked out of my WordPress Admin page. In order to access, I downloaded
   an FTP but I can’t seem to log into it. I think I forgot my password. How can
   I log in to fix the syntax error and restore my site?

 * Please contact your host about this as FTP is not part of WordPress. Once you
   have FTP access (or the file manager app of your hosting contro panel), delete
   the directory wp-content/plugins/wp-bulk-delete and try reinstalling that plugin.

 * FTP is not part of WordPress. The login you need is an FTP login from GoDaddy.
