    Hey,

    I love this Plugin.
    One suggestion: Is it possible to add a function with an additional checkbox as option, that only the headlines below the Luckywp-shortcode are parsed?

    Otherwise, I must create so many exclusions for content above the fold and above the ToC.

    This would be realy nice.
