 * Hi im a complete novice so please exuse my lack of know-how.
    Im installing version
   3.1 on a 1&1 hosting account (as they dont support newer versions) for my new
   employer. Ive come accross all sorts of problems but all have been solved. WordPress
   can now communicate with my database and now its informing me i need to ‘run 
   the install’ when i press the button to do so im getting…
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘&’, expecting T_VARIABLE or ‘$’ in /homepages/
   3/d82464793/htdocs/NDR Systems UK.com/wordpress 3 1&1help/wp-admin/includes/media.
   php on line 1465
 * any ideas?
    any response appreciated….

 * this is the mysql settings could there be a fault in the code here…anyone willing
   to cast an eye over??
