Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING

  • Hi,

    I have been getting this error with the The Ideal Website template for some reason. The error is stemming from line 114 on archives.php

    I looked at the code but really could not see anything wrong. I’d appreciate if someone could provide some feedback on this.

    <? php arl_subtraction_archives_posts() ;?> <? php arl_subtraction_archives_categories() where ;?>

    This is the line.

    Thanks a lot in advance!

  • canduruk,

    I’ve found that getting a response on these forums stands about as much of a chance as winning the lotto…and that’s if you’re not verbally berated by a moderator for the only response you might receive.

    Anyway, I ran across the same issue and just copied the archive.php file from the default theme over this one. I’m running 2.5.1, so I’m not sure if it’s a compatibility issue, or if the guys who built it didn’t check it before it went out the door. Either way, I hope this helps.
