    Hi everyone!
I am a complete novice at everything and I have completely messed up!
I was in the editor on my dashboard on the functions.php style trying to make my products list across instead of vertically and I must have put in the wrong code and now I can not access anything on my website
    It’s showing up with
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'add_filter' (T_STRING) in /home1/lizzierosep/public_html/wp-content/themes/mystile/functions.php on line 52
Please could someone explain how I can sort this out?
    Thanks so much

your “mystile” theme seems to be the error.

to confirm, try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen, etc.) for a moment using FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required). Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding “-old” to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme. That will force your site to use it.

Thank you so much Tara! You’ve saved my life
