# Parse Error: Syntax error

 * Being new to WordPress, I have made a mess of trying to install it. I am getting
   the following error:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/i/t/g/itgphilip/
   html/wp-config.php on line 46
 * Any ideas on how to fix this?
 * Line 46 of wp-config.php is:
 * define(‘SECURE_AUTH_KEY’, ‘H/_S*MqzM*Hyrj(`Qm+{mJJQd9%L=G=v@z6,{Qs5sXe%dCmy&T/
   MbXeJjWySi>$’);
 * but I don’t think this is where the problem is.
 * Any assistance will be very much appreciated.
    Thanks in advance. I did do a 
   search but the nearest thing I could find is still unresolved.
