I’ve not loaded that theme up but you really don’t want to edit files from kippis
directory (-old or not).
Try creating a child theme and make your modifications there instead.
I try to visit my site but Parse error is still appearing
Can you provide us with the text of the error and what you’ve changed? You may have just made a simple mistake that PHP doesn’t like.
The parse error is:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/emoneyri/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/functions.php on line 298. Please help me
After editing template and style- sheet in my site control panel from “twenty eleven” to “twenty eleven -old” respectively. It restored my dashborard but with the following error message:
ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation.
What should i do next to open my site
Download a fresh copy of the twentyeleven theme and copy it to your “wp-content/themes” directory via FTP or your hosting providers “CPanel”.
Here is a link to download the theme:

I want to thank everybody for the efforts they put to help me solve my problem. The problem is solved.
Please you can also benefit from my experience by this message:
in case you have such problem you do this: go to your site dashboard and delete all activated themes and install a new theme. You can still install your old theme without the error. Thanks
