    Hello I’m running into this error

    parse error. not well formed – on host: productionserver.com (error code -32700)

    when I enter preflight from my staging server and I’m not sure how to get around it. I’ve seen forums mentioning that there could be whitespace in the xmlrpc file but that file is in stock condition.
    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I figured out what was causing this issue. My file permissions weren’t open enough on my wordpress install. I changed files to 644 and folders to 755 and added my user to the default web group. I still can’t get the plugin working but I’ll post my issue in a new thread.
