Parse error line 1045 of post.php

This is my third WordPress install, and the first time I have gotten this error. I only edited the config file and let it install (which went fine), but now, if I try to log in, I get the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in wp-admin/post.php on line 1045
