Parse Error in settings.inc.php

I have short form of php tags i.e. <? and ?> disabled on my server, so only <?php will work. When going to the settings page I was getting a Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in settings.inc.php on line 576

I did a find and found on lines 26, 36 at the end of each line there is a <?.

On lines 559, 560, and 561 the buttons at the bottom of the settings page were being echoed with <?= rather than <?php echo.

And in settings.frame.inc.php on line 8 there is a short open for the h2 title of the settings screen.

Hopefully that will help anyone facing the same problem.
