# Parse error in comments.php

 * I am trying to creat an “about” page for my blog and I am getting this error:
 * Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/josh/public_html/blog/wp-content/
   themes/falling_dreams/comments.php on line 40
 * Here is what that line looks like:
 * <?php else : // this is displayed if there are no comments so far ?>
 * Any ideas? Thanks!

 * I’d suggest comparing what you are doing to the original file you have used. 
   Start at line 40 in each file and works upwards.

 * You might try that, its just a guess based on the parse error.
