# Parse Error affecting entire dashboard

 * Hi,
 * I was looking into the simplecatch_functions.php file, and removed a line to 
   attempt to format my header a little different. Now I’m not a php pro so i removed
   one line so i could fix it easily if i broke it.

 * i got rid of the div in the above image, that resulted in this error being thrown.

 * so i went back to the php editor, replaced the line and hit update file. It threw
   the same error. It also doesn’t just throw the error when I try to view the site
   but when i try to navigate to ANY page in the dashboard or related to my site.

 * Anyways i tried emptying the php file entirely so at least i can view my broken
   site, but even with a blank php it threw the same error, claiming line 626, although
   there are no lines. So next i found the source files for simplecatch and put 
   those within there. Still the same exact error.
 * This is leading me to believe that my changes are not being saved from this page

 * is there another way to replace files that don’t involve my currently useless
   dashboard.

 * I would post in the support forum of the simplecatch theme. They will be able
   to help you as the author knows better than anyone else how they constructed 
   the theme.
